At One Tree Planted, we want you to love your sustainable fashion; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Every return processed still honors our commitment to reforestation, ensuring your environmental impact remains positive.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
